Hello, I need to obtain an email that includes the pdf ticket as well as payment info from a past trip of over 4 months ago, is that possible anywhere to obtain that? I noticed they only keep your reservations for the past 5 days, help please, thanks.

There are other ways besides the website and Amtrak.com. Travel agents can still book tickets, too. I also forgot to mention a third-party site that books Amtrak coach tickets - Wanderu: Search & Compare Cheap Bus and Train Tickets You'll pay the same price and receive an e-ticket from Amtrak. They don't appear to do sleepers, though.

Amtrak may fall under "federal facility" but, when was the last time a terrorist attempted to hi-jack or bomb an Amtrak train? Just my opinion but, I don't think the TSA really cares what goes on on an Amtrak train.
